HELPFUL TIPS
Pass the eraser evenly over the entire surface to be cleaned, apply more vigorously on more stubborn stains. After using the eraser, it is recommended to use the suede reviving spray. (see explanatory video)

Shipping
Shipping with express courier SDA or BRT with delivery in 24/48 hours at a fixed cost of 4.90 Euro regardless of the number of items purchased, shipping is free for orders over €80. Shipping is traceable and you will receive notification via email and SMS to monitor the shipment until delivery. curadellascarpa.it insures all your shipments, in case of loss you will be reimbursed
Returns and Refunds
YOU CAN RETURN THE ITEM WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT
Send an email to curadellascarpa@gmail.com for instructions. Note: Returned products must be New, unused and with all tags and accessories present at the time of receipt. The refund will be sent within 14 working days of receiving the package as per reference DL n°206/2005 relating to the Right of Withdrawal and correct terms of 14 calendar days within which to refund the user.
