ARE YOU NOT SURE OF YOUR PURCHASE? 

You can return your order within 30 days from the next day that you have received it.

Passion and care, from the packaging to the shipment. However, if you are not happy with your order you can return it for FREE in 4 steps:

- Fill the form, prepare the box as you received it initially. Seal it in the proper way!

- Print the return label that you will receive by email

- Give the box to the nearest carrier service point 

THE REFUND IS MADE EXCLUSIVELY WITH THE RECEIPT so, please put the receipt inside the box.

NB: each item has to be new with all the initial labels and accessories. The refund will be made within 14 business days from the receipt of the box as you can see D.L. di riferimento n°206/2005 relativo al Diritto di Recesso e termini corretti di 14 giorni di calendario entro i quali rimborsare l’utente.
