Measurements:

Sail Eyelet size VL60: (A) Hole diameter 15.5mm - (B) Height 6.3mm - (C) Width 24mm. Complete with washer. The inner hole is 15.5 mm, the shank length is 6.3 mm and the outer diameter is 24 mm. The compressed thickness of the material to which the eyelets are to be applied must be between 1 and 4.5 mm. A cable with a maximum diameter of 12mm can be passed through it.

Sail Eyelet size VL50: (A) Hole diameter 12.5mm - (B) Height 6.5mm - (C) Width 22mm. Complete with washer. The inner hole is 12.5 mm, the shank length is 6.5 mm and the outer diameter is 22 mm. The compressed thickness of the material to which the eyelets are to be applied must be between 1 and 4.5 mm. A cable with a maximum diameter of 10mm can be passed through it.

Sail Eyelet size VL40: (A) Hole diameter 10mm - (B) Height 6mm - (C) Width 19mm. Complete with washer. The inner hole is 10 mm, the shank length is 6 mm and the outer diameter is 19 mm. The compressed thickness of the material to which the eyelets are to be applied must be between 1 and 4 mm. A wire with a maximum diameter of 8mm can be passed through it.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

For assembly, use the press with the assembly spare parts found in our shop. For the hole in the material, a 12mm punch is recommended for sail 60, 10mm for sail 50 and 8mm for sail 40. Assembly recommended with press punches of the chosen size for the eyelet.
