Sail Eyelet Size VL60 : (A) Hole diameter 15.5mm - (B) Height 6.3mm - (C) Width 24mm. Complete with washer. The internal hole is 15.5mm, the length of the stem is 6.3mm and the external diameter is 24mm. The compressed thickness of the material to which you want to apply the eyelets must be between 1 and 4.5mm. A cable with a maximum diameter of 12mm can be passed through it
Sail Eyelet size VL50 : (A) Hole diameter 12.5mm - (B) Height 6.5mm - (C) Width 22mm. Complete with washer. The internal hole is 12.5mm, the length of the stem is 6.5mm and the external diameter is 22mm. The compressed thickness of the material to which you want to apply the eyelets must be between 1 and 4.5mm. A cable with a maximum diameter of 10mm can be passed through it
Sail Eyelet size VL40 : (A) Hole diameter 10mm - (B) Height 6mm - (C) Width 19mm. Complete with washer. The internal hole is 10mm, the length of the shank is 6mm and the external diameter is 19mm. The compressed thickness of the material to which you want to apply the eyelets must be between 1 and 4mm. A wire with a maximum diameter of 8mm can be passed through it
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
For assembly, use the press with the assembly spare parts that you can find in our shop. For the hole in the material, a 12mm punch is recommended for the 60 sail, a 10mm punch for the 50 sail and an 8mm punch for the 40 sail. Assembly recommended with the press punches of the size chosen for the eyelet:
