Remove the adhesive film, stick the heel first and then stretch the insole down to the metatarsal. Self-adhesive, washable and reusable.

Returns and Refunds
YOU CAN RETURN THE ITEM WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT

The refund will be sent within 14 working days of receiving the package as per reference DL n°206/2005 relating to the Right of Withdrawal and correct terms of 14 calendar days within which to refund the user.
